The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.721, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 721 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

নিত্যানন্দ-স্বরূপের নিষেধ লাগিযাপূর্ব- নাম না লিখিল বিদিত করিযা ॥ ৭২১ ॥

नित्यानन्द-स्वरूपेर निषेध लागियापूर्व- नाम ना लिखिल विदित करिया ॥ ७२१ ॥

nityānanda-svarūpera niṣedha lāgiyāpūrva- nāma nā likhila vidita kariyā || 721 ||

nityananda-svarupera nisedha lagiyapurva- nama na likhila vidita kariya (721)

English translation:

(721) Being prohibited by Nityānanda Svarūpa, I am not disclosing their previous names.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Śrī Nityānanda prohibited His devotees from discussing in public the names by which His associates and companions were known during the pastimes of Kṛṣṇa. But for the information of the devotees, the names by which Śrī Nityānanda’s associates in the pastimes of Gaura were known in the pastimes of Kṛṣṇa are described by Śrī Kavi-karṇapūra in the book Śrī Gaura-gaṇoddeśa-dīpikā.
