The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.697, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 697 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.697:

ডাকা চুরি পরহিংসা ছাডি’ অনাচার সবে লৈলেন অতি সাধু ব্যবহার ॥ ৬৯৭ ॥

डाका चुरि परहिंसा छाडि’ अनाचार सबे लैलेन अति साधु व्यवहार ॥ ६९७ ॥

ḍākā curi parahiṃsā chāḍi’ anācāra sabe lailena ati sādhu vyavahāra || 697 ||

daka curi parahimsa chadi’ anacara sabe lailena ati sadhu vyavahara (697)

English translation:

(697) They gave up thievery, violence to others, and immoral activities and behaved like great saintly persons.
