The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.676, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 676 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.676:

যাঙ্হার স্মরণে খণ্ডে অবিদ্যা-বন্ধন অনাযাসে চলি’ যায বৈকুণ্ঠ ভুবন” ॥ ৬৭৬ ॥

याङ्हार स्मरणे खण्डे अविद्या-बन्धन अनायासे चलि’ याय वैकुण्ठ भुवन” ॥ ६७६ ॥

yāṅhāra smaraṇe khaṇḍe avidyā-bandhana anāyāse cali’ yāya vaikuṇṭha bhuvana” || 676 ||

yanhara smarane khande avidya-bandhana anayase cali’ yaya vaikuntha bhuvana” (676)

English translation:

(676) “By remembering You, one is freed from all bondage of ignorance and easily attains the abode of Vaikuṇṭha.”
