The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.671, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 671 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.671:

কাঙ্টা জোঙ্ক পোক ঝড বৃষ্টি শিলাঘাতে সবে মরি, কারো শক্তি নাহিক যাইতে ॥ ৬৭১ ॥

काङ्टा जोङ्क पोक झड वृष्टि शिलाघाते सबे मरि, कारो शक्ति नाहिक याइते ॥ ६७१ ॥

kāṅṭā joṅka poka jhaḍa vṛṣṭi śilāghāte sabe mari, kāro śakti nāhika yāite || 671 ||

kanta jonka poka jhada vrsti silaghate sabe mari, karo sakti nahika yaite (671)

English translation:

(671) “We suffered greatly from thorns, leeches, insects, rainstorm, and hail. Being afflicted in this way, we had no strength to return home.
