The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.634, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 634 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.634:

জন্ম জন্ম প্রভু তুমি, মুঞি তোর দাস কিবা জীঙ মরোঙ্ এই হৌ মোর আশ” ॥ ৬৩৪ ॥

जन्म जन्म प्रभु तुमि, मुञि तोर दास किबा जीङ मरोङ् एइ हौ मोर आश” ॥ ६३४ ॥

janma janma prabhu tumi, muñi tora dāsa kibā jīṅa maroṅ ei hau mora āśa” || 634 ||

janma janma prabhu tumi, muni tora dasa kiba jina maron ei hau mora asa” (634)

English translation:

(634) “Birth after birth You are my Lord and I am Your servant. Whether I live or die, I have no other desire.”
