The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.614, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 614 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.614:

হেন সে পডযে একো মহা-ঝন্ঝনা ত্রাসে মূর্চ্ছা যায সবে পাসরি’ আপনা ॥ ৬১৪ ॥

हेन से पडये एको महा-झन्झना त्रासे मूर्च्छा याय सबे पासरि’ आपना ॥ ६१४ ॥

hena se paḍaye eko mahā-jhanjhanā trāse mūrcchā yāya sabe pāsari’ āpanā || 614 ||

hena se padaye eko maha-jhanjhana trase murccha yaya sabe pasari’ apana (614)

English translation:

(614) Then one lightning bolt struck there, and they forgot themselves and lost consciousness out of fear.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word mahā-jhanjhanā means “lightning bolt.”
