The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.580, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 580 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.580:

কেহ বলে,—“ভাই, অবধূত বড ‘জ্ঞানী’ মাঝে মাঝে অনেক লোকের মুখে শুনি ॥ ৫৮০ ॥

केह बले,—“भाइ, अवधूत बड ‘ज्ञानी’ माझे माझे अनेक लोकेर मुखे शुनि ॥ ५८० ॥

keha bale,—“bhāi, avadhūta baḍa ‘jñānī’ mājhe mājhe aneka lokera mukhe śuni || 580 ||

keha bale,—“bhai, avadhuta bada ‘jnani’ majhe majhe aneka lokera mukhe suni (580)

English translation:

(580) Another said, “O brothers, I have heard from a number of people that this Avadhūta is very wise.
