The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.525, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 525 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

আপনে চৈতন্য কত করিলা মোচন নিত্যানন্দ-দ্বারে উদ্ধারিলা ত্রিভুবন ॥ ৫২৫ ॥

आपने चैतन्य कत करिला मोचन नित्यानन्द-द्वारे उद्धारिला त्रिभुवन ॥ ५२५ ॥

āpane caitanya kata karilā mocana nityānanda-dvāre uddhārilā tribhuvana || 525 ||

apane caitanya kata karila mocana nityananda-dvare uddharila tribhuvana (525)

English translation:

(525) Lord Caitanya personally delivered many living entities, and through Nityānanda, He delivered the three worlds.
