The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.488, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 488 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

মূর্খ নীচ অধম পতিত উদ্ধারিতে তুমি অবতীর্ণ হৈযাছ পৃথিবীতে ॥ ৪৮৮ ॥
मूर्ख नीच अधम पतित उद्धारिते तुमि अवतीर्ण हैयाछ पृथिवीते ॥ ४८८ ॥
mūrkha nīca adhama patita uddhārite tumi avatīrṇa haiyācha pṛthivīte || 488 ||
murkha nica adhama patita uddharite tumi avatirna haiyacha prthivite (488)
English translation:
(488) “You have incarnated in this world to deliver the foolish, fallen, and wretched souls.
