The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.403, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 403 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

শ্রী-চৈতন্য নিত্যানন্দ প্রভু অবতরি’ জগতের মুখে বলাইলা’হরি হরি’ ॥ ৪০৩ ॥

श्री-चैतन्य नित्यानन्द प्रभु अवतरि’ जगतेर मुखे बलाइला’हरि हरि’ ॥ ४०३ ॥

śrī-caitanya nityānanda prabhu avatari’ jagatera mukhe balāilā’hari hari’ || 403 ||

sri-caitanya nityananda prabhu avatari’ jagatera mukhe balaila’hari hari’ (403)

English translation:

(403) “Lord Caitanya and Nityānanda Prabhu have incarnated in this world to induce everyone to chant the name of Hari.
