The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.396, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 396 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.396:

পরানন্দে মত্ত গদাধর মহাশয নিশা-ভাগে গেলা সেই কাজীর আলয ॥ ৩৯৬ ॥

परानन्दे मत्त गदाधर महाशय निशा-भागे गेला सेइ काजीर आलय ॥ ३९६ ॥

parānande matta gadādhara mahāśaya niśā-bhāge gelā sei kājīra ālaya || 396 ||

paranande matta gadadhara mahasaya nisa-bhage gela sei kajira alaya (396)

English translation:

(396) Gadādhara Mahāśaya was always intoxicated with transcendental ecstasy. One night he went to the house of that Kazi.
