The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.186, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 186 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

বিশেষ উত্কণ্ঠা হৈল প্রভুরে দেখিতে তথাপি না পারে কেহ দেখা করাইতে ॥ ১৮৬ ॥

विशेष उत्कण्ठा हैल प्रभुरे देखिते तथापि ना पारे केह देखा कराइते ॥ १८६ ॥

viśeṣa utkaṇṭhā haila prabhure dekhite tathāpi nā pāre keha dekhā karāite || 186 ||

visesa utkantha haila prabhure dekhite tathapi na pare keha dekha karaite (186)

English translation:

(186) He developed intense eagerness to see the Lord, but no one was able

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

to arrange a meeting.
