The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.182, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 182 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.5.182:

“মহা-অপরাধী মুঞি পাপী দুরাচার না জানিলুঙ্ চৈতন্য—ঈশ্বর-অবতার ॥ ১৮২ ॥

“महा-अपराधी मुञि पापी दुराचार ना जानिलुङ् चैतन्य—ईश्वर-अवतार ॥ १८२ ॥

“mahā-aparādhī muñi pāpī durācāra nā jāniluṅ caitanya—īśvara-avatāra || 182 ||

“maha-aparadhi muni papi duracara na janilun caitanya—isvara-avatara (182)

English translation:

(182) “I am a sinful, misbehaved, great offender. I did not know that Lord

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Caitanya was the Supreme Lord.
