The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.128, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 128 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

চির-দিন প্রভুর বিরহে ভক্ত-গণ আনন্দে প্রভুরে দেখি’ করেন কীর্তন ॥ ১২৮ ॥

चिर-दिन प्रभुर विरहे भक्त-गण आनन्दे प्रभुरे देखि’ करेन कीर्तन ॥ १२८ ॥

cira-dina prabhura virahe bhakta-gaṇa ānande prabhure dekhi’ karena kīrtana || 128 ||

cira-dina prabhura virahe bhakta-gana anande prabhure dekhi’ karena kirtana (128)

English translation:

(128) The devotees had been afflicted for many days with feelings of separation from the Lord. Now, on seeing the Lord, they joyfully began kīrtana.
