The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.5.95, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 95 of Antya-khanda chapter 5—“The Pastimes of Nityananda”.

পুরন্দর-পণ্ডিত পরমেশ্বরী-দাস যাঙ্হার বিগ্রহে গৌরচন্দ্রের প্রকাশ সত্বরে ধাইযা আইলেন সেই-ক্ষণে প্রভু দেখি’ প্রেম-যোগে কান্দে দুই জনে ॥ ৯৫-০৯৬ ॥

पुरन्दर-पण्डित परमेश्वरी-दास याङ्हार विग्रहे गौरचन्द्रेर प्रकाश सत्वरे धाइया आइलेन सेइ-क्षणे प्रभु देखि’ प्रेम-योगे कान्दे दुइ जने ॥ ९५-०९६ ॥

purandara-paṇḍita parameśvarī-dāsa yāṅhāra vigrahe gauracandrera prakāśa satvare dhāiyā āilena sei-kṣaṇe prabhu dekhi’ prema-yoge kānde dui jane || 95-096 ||

purandara-pandita paramesvari-dasa yanhara vigrahe gauracandrera prakasa satvare dhaiya ailena sei-ksane prabhu dekhi’ prema-yoge kande dui jane (95-096)

English translation:

(95-096) At that time Purandara Paṇḍita and Parameśvarī dāsa, in whose Deity Gauracandra manifest Himself, quickly came there. On seeing the Lord, they both cried in ecstasy.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Śrīman Mahāprabhu manifest in the Gaurāṅga Deity worshiped by Parameśvarī dāsa, who lived in the village of Taḍā-āṇṭapura. He began the worship of the Deity form of Śrī Gaurasundara.
