The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.4.482, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 482 of Antya-khanda chapter 4—“Descriptions of Shri Acyutananda’s Pastimes and the Worship of Shri Madhavendra”.

কথং বা মযি ভক্তিং স লভতাং পাপ-পুরুষঃযো মদীযং পরং ভক্তং শিবং সম্পূজযেন্ন হি ॥ ৪৮২ ॥
कथं वा मयि भक्तिं स लभतां पाप-पुरुषःयो मदीयं परं भक्तं शिवं सम्पूजयेन्न हि ॥ ४८२ ॥
kathaṃ vā mayi bhaktiṃ sa labhatāṃ pāpa-puruṣaḥyo madīyaṃ paraṃ bhaktaṃ śivaṃ sampūjayenna hi || 482 ||
katham va mayi bhaktim sa labhatam papa-purusahyo madiyam param bhaktam sivam sampujayenna hi (482)
English translation:
(482) “How can a sinful person who is envious of the Vaiṣṇavas attain devotional service if he does not respectfully worship My dear devotee Śiva?”
