The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.4.298, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 298 of Antya-khanda chapter 4—“Descriptions of Shri Acyutananda’s Pastimes and the Worship of Shri Madhavendra”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.4.298:

`সালিঞ্চা’ `হেলেঞ্চা’ শাক ভক্ষণ করিলে আরোগ্য থাকযে তারে কৃষ্ণ-ভক্তি মিলে” ॥ ২৯৮ ॥

`सालिञ्चा’ `हेलेञ्चा’ शाक भक्षण करिले आरोग्य थाकये तारे कृष्ण-भक्ति मिले” ॥ २९८ ॥

`sāliñcā’ `heleñcā’ śāka bhakṣaṇa karile ārogya thākaye tāre kṛṣṇa-bhakti mile” || 298 ||

`salinca’ `helenca’ saka bhaksana karile arogya thakaye tare krsna-bhakti mile” (298)

English translation:

(298) “By eating sāliñcā and heleñcāśāka, one remains free from disease and attains the devotional service of Kṛṣṇa.”
