The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.3.546, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 546 of Antya-khanda chapter 3—“Mahaprabhu’s Deliverance of Sarvabhauma, Exhibition of His Six-armed Form, and Journey to Bengal”.

শ্রী কৃষ্ণ-চৈতন্য নিত্যানন্দ-চান্দ জান বৃন্দাবন-দাস তছু পদ-যুগে গান ॥ ৫৪৬ ॥
श्री कृष्ण-चैतन्य नित्यानन्द-चान्द जान वृन्दावन-दास तछु पद-युगे गान ॥ ५४६ ॥
śrī kṛṣṇa-caitanya nityānanda-cānda jāna vṛndāvana-dāsa tachu pada-yuge gāna || 546 ||
sri krsna-caitanya nityananda-canda jana vrndavana-dasa tachu pada-yuge gana (546)
English translation:
(546) Accepting Śrī Caitanya and Nityānanda Prabhu as my life and soul, I, Vṛndāvana dāsa, sing the glories of Their lotus feet.
