The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.3.477, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 477 of Antya-khanda chapter 3—“Mahaprabhu’s Deliverance of Sarvabhauma, Exhibition of His Six-armed Form, and Journey to Bengal”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.3.477:

বক্রেশ্বর পণ্ডিত নাচেন যত-ক্ষণ বেত্র-হস্তে আপনে বুলেন তত-ক্ষণ ॥ ৪৭৭ ॥

वक्रेश्वर पण्डित नाचेन यत-क्षण वेत्र-हस्ते आपने बुलेन तत-क्षण ॥ ४७७ ॥

vakreśvara paṇḍita nācena yata-kṣaṇa vetra-haste āpane bulena tata-kṣaṇa || 477 ||

vakresvara pandita nacena yata-ksana vetra-haste apane bulena tata-ksana (477)

English translation:

(477) As long as Vakreśvara Paṇḍita danced, Devānanda Paṇḍita would guard him with a stick in hand.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word bulena means “walked around.”
