The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.3.67, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 67 of Antya-khanda chapter 3—“Mahaprabhu’s Deliverance of Sarvabhauma, Exhibition of His Six-armed Form, and Journey to Bengal”.

কৃষ্ণের বিরহে মুঞি বিক্ষিপ্ত হৈযা বাহির হৈলুঙ্শিখা-সূত্র মুডাইযা ॥ ৬৭ ॥

कृष्णेर विरहे मुञि विक्षिप्त हैया बाहिर हैलुङ्शिखा-सूत्र मुडाइया ॥ ६७ ॥

kṛṣṇera virahe muñi vikṣipta haiyā bāhira hailuṅśikhā-sūtra muḍāiyā || 67 ||

krsnera virahe muni viksipta haiya bahira hailunsikha-sutra mudaiya (67)

English translation:

(67) “I left home and shaved My head because I was disturbed by feelings of separation from Kṛṣṇa.
