The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.2.225, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 225 of Antya-khanda chapter 2—“Description of the Lord’s Travel Through Bhuvaneshvara and Other Placesto Jagannatha Puri”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.2.225:

প্রভু বলে,—“যাহে সর্ব-দেব-অধিষ্ঠান সে তোমার মতে কি হৈল বাংশ-খান!” ॥ ২২৫ ॥

प्रभु बले,—“याहे सर्व-देव-अधिष्ठान से तोमार मते कि हैल वांश-खान!” ॥ २२५ ॥

prabhu bale,—“yāhe sarva-deva-adhiṣṭhāna se tomāra mate ki haila vāṃśa-khāna!” || 225 ||

prabhu bale,—“yahe sarva-deva-adhisthana se tomara mate ki haila vamsa-khana!” (225)

English translation:

(225) The Lord said, “All the demigods reside in the daṇḍa, and You call it a piece of bamboo!”

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

According to spiritual consideration one should respect the supremely pure tridaṇḍa, which is a worshipable form of the three guṇa-avatāras. But since the mundane consideration that the Deity form of Viṣṇu is made of stone leads one to hell, Śrī Nityānanda delivered all living entities from future offense.
