The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.2.196, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 196 of Antya-khanda chapter 2—“Description of the Lord’s Travel Through Bhuvaneshvara and Other Placesto Jagannatha Puri”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 3.2.196:

কখন হুঙ্কার করে, কখন রোদন ক্ষণে মহা অট্ট-হাস্য, ক্ষণে বা গর্জন ॥ ১৯৬ ॥

कखन हुङ्कार करे, कखन रोदन क्षणे महा अट्ट-हास्य, क्षणे वा गर्जन ॥ १९६ ॥

kakhana huṅkāra kare, kakhana rodana kṣaṇe mahā aṭṭa-hāsya, kṣaṇe vā garjana || 196 ||

kakhana hunkara kare, kakhana rodana ksane maha atta-hasya, ksane va garjana (196)

English translation:

(196) Sometimes He roared loudly, and sometimes He cried. Sometimes He laughed loudly, and sometimes He made thundering sounds.
