The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.1.164, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 164 of Antya-khanda chapter 1—“Meeting Again at the House of Shri Advaita Acarya”.

তিলার্ধেকো চিত্তে নাহি করিহ বিষাদ বেদে ও কি পাইবেন তোমার প্রসাদ ॥ ১৬৪ ॥
तिलार्धेको चित्ते नाहि करिह विषाद वेदे ओ कि पाइबेन तोमार प्रसाद ॥ १६४ ॥
tilārdheko citte nāhi kariha viṣāda vede o ki pāibena tomāra prasāda || 164 ||

English translation:
(164) “Do not feel the slightest distress in your heart. Can the Vedas ever attain your mercy?
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The Vedic literatures favor those who engage in their study. Those Vedas are desirous of receiving Śacīdevī’s mercy, because svayam-rūpa Bhagavān is her eternal son. The Vedic literatures are always anxious and inclined to worship Śacīnandana.
Another reading for nāhi kariha viṣāda (“do not feel distressed”) is na kariha avasada (“do not feel despondent”).
