The Chaitanya Bhagavata 3.1.162, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 162 of Antya-khanda chapter 1—“Meeting Again at the House of Shri Advaita Acarya”.

দেখি’ নিত্যানন্দ বড দুঃখিত-অন্তর আইরে প্রবোধি’ কহে মধুর উত্তর ॥ ১৬২ ॥
देखि’ नित्यानन्द बड दुःखित-अन्तर आइरे प्रबोधि’ कहे मधुर उत्तर ॥ १६२ ॥
dekhi’ nityānanda baḍa duḥkhita-antara āire prabodhi’ kahe madhura uttara || 162 ||

English translation:
(162) On seeing her, Nityānanda felt distressed at heart. To pacify mother Śacī, He sweetly spoke to her.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
Another reading for kahe madhura (“spoke sweetly”) is kichu kahena
(“spoke something”).
