The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.28.103, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 103 of Madhya-khanda chapter 28—“The Lord’s Pastime of Accepting Sannyasa”.

যারে যারে আজ্ঞা প্রভু পুর্বে করিছিলা তাহারা ও অল্পে অল্পে আসিযা মিলিলা শ্রী-অবধূতচন্দ্র, গদাধর, মুকুন্দ শ্রী-চন্দ্রশেখরাচার্য, আর ব্রহ্মানন্দ ॥ ১০৩-১০৪ ॥

यारे यारे आज्ञा प्रभु पुर्वे करिछिला ताहारा ओ अल्पे अल्पे आसिया मिलिला श्री-अवधूतचन्द्र, गदाधर, मुकुन्द श्री-चन्द्रशेखराचार्य, आर ब्रह्मानन्द ॥ १०३-१०४ ॥

yāre yāre ājñā prabhu purve karichilā tāhārā o alpe alpe āsiyā mililā śrī-avadhūtacandra, gadādhara, mukunda śrī-candraśekharācārya, āra brahmānanda || 103-104 ||

yare yare ajna prabhu purve karichila tahara o alpe alpe asiya milila sri-avadhutacandra, gadadhara, mukunda sri-candrasekharacarya, ara brahmananda (103-104)

English translation:

(103-104) As instructed previously by the Lord, Nityānanda Prabhu, Gadādhara, Mukunda, Candraśekhara Ācārya, and Brahmānanda Bhāratī each gradually arrived there.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Śrī Gaurasundara planned His acceptance of sannyāsa at the house of Śrī Candraśekhara Ācārya. Śrī Nityānanda, Gadādhara, Mukunda, and Brahmānanda Bhāratī were present there at the time. We have now established Śrī Caitanya Maṭha there.
