The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.27.49, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 49 of Madhya-khanda chapter 27—“The Lord Pacifies Feelings of Separation”.

এই মত তুমি আমার মাতা জন্মে জন্মে তোমার আমার কভু ত্যাগ নাহি মর্মে ॥ ৪৯ ॥

एइ मत तुमि आमार माता जन्मे जन्मे तोमार आमार कभु त्याग नाहि मर्मे ॥ ४९ ॥

ei mata tumi āmāra mātā janme janme tomāra āmāra kabhu tyāga nāhi marme || 49 ||

ei mata tumi amara mata janme janme tomara amara kabhu tyaga nahi marme (49)

English translation:

(49) “In this way You are My mother birth after birth. There is never any separation between you and Me.
