The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.27.40, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 40 of Madhya-khanda chapter 27—“The Lord Pacifies Feelings of Separation”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.27.40:

চিত্ত দিযাশুনহ আপন গুণ-গ্রাম কোন কালে আছিল তোমার `পৃশ্নি’ নাম ॥ ৪০ ॥

चित्त दियाशुनह आपन गुण-ग्राम कोन काले आछिल तोमार `पृश्नि’ नाम ॥ ४० ॥

citta diyāśunaha āpana guṇa-grāma kona kāle āchila tomāra `pṛśni’ nāma || 40 ||

citta diyasunaha apana guna-grama kona kale achila tomara `prsni’ nama (40)

English translation:

(40) “Hear attentively about your own glories. Sometime in the past your name was Pṛśni.
