The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.26.95, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 95 of Madhya-khanda chapter 26—“Descriptions of the Mercy Bestowed on Shuklambara and Vijay and the Lord’s Desire to Accept Sannyasa”.

আথে-ব্যথে পডুযা উঠিযা দিল রড পাছে ধায মহাপ্রভু, বলে `ধর ধর’ দেখিযা প্রভুর ক্রোধ ঠেঙ্গা হাতে ধায সত্বরে সংশয মানি’ পডুযা পলায ॥ ৯৫-০৯৬ ॥
आथे-व्यथे पडुया उठिया दिल रड पाछे धाय महाप्रभु, बले `धर धर’ देखिया प्रभुर क्रोध ठेङ्गा हाते धाय सत्वरे संशय मानि’ पडुया पलाय ॥ ९५-०९६ ॥
āthe-vyathe paḍuyā uṭhiyā dila raḍa pāche dhāya mahāprabhu, bale `dhara dhara’ dekhiyā prabhura krodha ṭheṅgā hāte dhāya satvare saṃśaya māni’ paḍuyā palāya || 95-096 ||
athe-vyathe paduya uthiya dila rada pache dhaya mahaprabhu, bale `dhara dhara’ dekhiya prabhura krodha thenga hate dhaya satvare samsaya mani’ paduya palaya (95-096)
English translation:
(95-096) The student quickly got up and ran away, with Mahāprabhu chasing after him, exclaiming, “Catch him! Catch him!” Seeing the angry Lord with a stick in His hand, the student panicked and ran away.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
Not understanding the intention of Śrīla Gaurasundara, that student became extremely anxious and fearful and ran away to escape being beaten by His stick.
