The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.536, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 536 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

শ্রী-কৃষ্ণ-চৈতন্য-নিত্যানন্দ-চান্দ জান বৃন্দাবন-দাস তছু পদ-যুগে গান ॥ ৫৩৬ ॥
श्री-कृष्ण-चैतन्य-नित्यानन्द-चान्द जान वृन्दावन-दास तछु पद-युगे गान ॥ ५३६ ॥
śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya-nityānanda-cānda jāna vṛndāvana-dāsa tachu pada-yuge gāna || 536 ||

English translation:
(536) Accepting Śrī Kṛṣṇa Caitanya and Nityānanda Prabhu as my life and soul, I, Vṛndāvana dāsa, sing the glories of Their lotus feet.
