The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.518, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 518 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.518:

কেহ বলে,—“নিত্যানন্দ বলরাম-সম” কেহ বলে,—“চৈতন্যের বড প্রিযতম” ॥ ৫১৮ ॥

केह बले,—“नित्यानन्द बलराम-सम” केह बले,—“चैतन्येर बड प्रियतम” ॥ ५१८ ॥

keha bale,—“nityānanda balarāma-sama” keha bale,—“caitanyera baḍa priyatama” || 518 ||

keha bale,—“nityananda balarama-sama” keha bale,—“caitanyera bada priyatama” (518)

English translation:

(518) Some say, “Nityānanda is equal to Balarāma,” and some say, “He is most dear to Lord Caitanya.”
