The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.511, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 511 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.511:

যেখানে যে-রূপ ভক্ত-গণে করে ধ্যান সেই রূপে সেইখানে প্রভু বিদ্যমান ॥ ৫১১ ॥

येखाने ये-रूप भक्त-गणे करे ध्यान सेइ रूपे सेइखाने प्रभु विद्यमान ॥ ५११ ॥

yekhāne ye-rūpa bhakta-gaṇe kare dhyāna sei rūpe seikhāne prabhu vidyamāna || 511 ||

yekhane ye-rupa bhakta-gane kare dhyana sei rupe seikhane prabhu vidyamana (511)

English translation:

(511) Whenever a devotee meditates on a particular form of the Lord, the Lord appears in that form before the devotee.
