The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.499, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 499 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.499:

`এক নিশা’ হেন জ্ঞান না করিহ মনে কত কল্প গেল সেই নিশার কীর্তনে ॥ ৪৯৯ ॥

`एक निशा’ हेन ज्ञान ना करिह मने कत कल्प गेल सेइ निशार कीर्तने ॥ ४९९ ॥

`eka niśā’ hena jñāna nā kariha mane kata kalpa gela sei niśāra kīrtane || 499 ||

`eka nisa’ hena jnana na kariha mane kata kalpa gela sei nisara kirtane (499)

English translation:

(499) Do not think that the kīrtana lasted only one night, for several kalpas

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

passed that night.
