The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.486, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 486 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.486:

করিলেন মাত্র শ্রীধরের জল-পান কি হৈল না জানি প্রেমের অধিষ্ঠান ॥ ৪৮৬ ॥

करिलेन मात्र श्रीधरेर जल-पान कि हैल ना जानि प्रेमेर अधिष्ठान ॥ ४८६ ॥

karilena mātra śrīdharera jala-pāna ki haila nā jāni premera adhiṣṭhāna || 486 ||

karilena matra sridharera jala-pana ki haila na jani premera adhisthana (486)

English translation:

(486) I cannot understand the love that manifest there when the Lord

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

drank Śrīdhara’s water.
