The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.479, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 479 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.479:

কৃষ্ণের সন্তোষ বড `ভক্ত’ হেন নামে কৃষ্ণচন্দ্র বিনে ভক্ত আর কে বা জানে ॥ ৪৭৯ ॥

कृष्णेर सन्तोष बड `भक्त’ हेन नामे कृष्णचन्द्र विने भक्त आर के वा जाने ॥ ४७९ ॥

kṛṣṇera santoṣa baḍa `bhakta’ hena nāme kṛṣṇacandra vine bhakta āra ke vā jāne || 479 ||

krsnera santosa bada `bhakta’ hena name krsnacandra vine bhakta ara ke va jane (479)

English translation:

(479) Lord Kṛṣṇa is greatly pleased with one who is accepted as a “bhakta,” for who other than Kṛṣṇa knows the glories of the devotees?
