The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.469, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 469 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

বহু কোটি জন্ম যে করিল নিজ-ধর্ম অহিংসার অমাযায করে সর্ব কর্ম অহর্-নিশ দাস্য-ভাবে যে করে প্রার্থন গঙ্গা-লভ্য হয কালে বলি’ `নারাযণ’ ॥ ৪৬৯-৪৭০ ॥
बहु कोटि जन्म ये करिल निज-धर्म अहिंसार अमायाय करे सर्व कर्म अहर्-निश दास्य-भावे ये करे प्रार्थन गङ्गा-लभ्य हय काले बलि’ `नारायण’ ॥ ४६९-४७० ॥
bahu koṭi janma ye karila nija-dharma ahiṃsāra amāyāya kare sarva karma ahar-niśa dāsya-bhāve ye kare prārthana gaṅgā-labhya haya kāle bali’ `nārāyaṇa’ || 469-470 ||
bahu koti janma ye karila nija-dharma ahimsara amayaya kare sarva karma ahar-nisa dasya-bhave ye kare prarthana ganga-labhya haya kale bali’ `narayana’ (469-470)
English translation:
(469-470) One who for many millions of lifetimes executes all his occupational duties with sincerity and nonviolence and who day and night prays to the Lord in the mood of a servant ultimately remembers Nārāyaṇa at the time of death.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
By praying for the service of the Supreme Lord, one attains the good fortune of uttering the name “Nārāyaṇa” and entering the waters of the Ganges at the time of death [This refers to the good fortune of having the ashes of one’s cremated body immersed in the waters of the Ganges.].
