The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.459, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 459 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.459:

`ভক্তি’ বুঝাইতে সে এ-মত পাত্রে জল পরমার্থে বৈষ্ণবের সকল নির্মল ॥ ৪৫৯ ॥

`भक्ति’ बुझाइते से ए-मत पात्रे जल परमार्थे वैष्णवेर सकल निर्मल ॥ ४५९ ॥

`bhakti’ bujhāite se e-mata pātre jala paramārthe vaiṣṇavera sakala nirmala || 459 ||

`bhakti’ bujhaite se e-mata patre jala paramarthe vaisnavera sakala nirmala (459)

English translation:

(459) The Lord drank water from such a pot to reveal the glories of devotional service and to show that from the spiritual point of view everything belonging to a Vaiṣṇava is pure.
