The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.343, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 343 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.343:

কেহ বলে,—“চল যাই কাজীরে কহিতে” কেহ বলে,—“যুক্তি নহে এমন করিতে” ॥ ৩৪৩ ॥

केह बले,—“चल याइ काजीरे कहिते” केह बले,—“युक्ति नहे एमन करिते” ॥ ३४३ ॥

keha bale,—“cala yāi kājīre kahite” keha bale,—“yukti nahe emana karite” || 343 ||

keha bale,—“cala yai kajire kahite” keha bale,—“yukti nahe emana karite” (343)

English translation:

(343) Another said, “Let us go and inform the Kazi.” Someone else said, “That is not very reasonable.”
