The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.332, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 332 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.332:

আর জন সব দিশে রড দিযা যায “ধর ধর কোথা কাজী ভাণ্ডিযা পলায ॥ ৩৩২ ॥

आर जन सब दिशे रड दिया याय “धर धर कोथा काजी भाण्डिया पलाय ॥ ३३२ ॥

āra jana saba diśe raḍa diyā yāya “dhara dhara kothā kājī bhāṇḍiyā palāya || 332 ||

ara jana saba dise rada diya yaya “dhara dhara kotha kaji bhandiya palaya (332)

English translation:

(332) Some people ran around in all directions, calling, “Catch the Kazi! He has tricked us and escaped somewhere!

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word bhāṇḍiyā means “deceitfully.”
