The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.318, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 318 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.318:

কেহ বলে,—“এবে কাজী বেটা গেল কোথালা গালি পাইলে আজি চূর্ণ করোঙ্ মাথা” ॥ ৩১৮ ॥

केह बले,—“एबे काजी बेटा गेल कोथाला गालि पाइले आजि चूर्ण करोङ् माथा” ॥ ३१८ ॥

keha bale,—“ebe kājī beṭā gela kothālā gāli pāile āji cūrṇa karoṅ māthā” || 318 ||

keha bale,—“ebe kaji beta gela kothala gali paile aji curna karon matha” (318)

English translation:

(318) Someone said, “Where is the Kazi now? If I catch him, I’ll smash his head.”
