The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.306, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 306 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

সুকুমার-পদাম্বুজ প্রভুর জানিযা জিহ্বা প্রকাশিলা দেবী পুষ্প-রূপ হঞা ॥ ৩০৬ ॥
सुकुमार-पदाम्बुज प्रभुर जानिया जिह्वा प्रकाशिला देवी पुष्प-रूप हञा ॥ ३०६ ॥
sukumāra-padāmbuja prabhura jāniyā jihvā prakāśilā devī puṣpa-rūpa hañā || 306 ||
sukumara-padambuja prabhura janiya jihva prakasila devi puspa-rupa hana (306)
English translation:
(306) Understanding that the Lord’s lotus feet were most tender, the goddess extended her tongue in the form of those flowers.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
The tongue of mother earth has been compared to flowers. The goddess of earth manifested her own tongue in the form of flowers. The roads were decorated with flowers so that the soft beautiful lotus feet of Gaurasundara could walk on them.
