The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.234, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 234 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.234:

না জানি বা কত জনে মৃদঙ্গ বাজায না জানি বা মহানন্দে কত জনে গায ॥ ২৩৪ ॥

ना जानि वा कत जने मृदङ्ग बाजाय ना जानि वा महानन्दे कत जने गाय ॥ २३४ ॥

nā jāni vā kata jane mṛdaṅga bājāya nā jāni vā mahānande kata jane gāya || 234 ||

na jani va kata jane mrdanga bajaya na jani va mahanande kata jane gaya (234)

English translation:

(234) Who can say how many people played mṛdaṅgas? Who can say how many people sang in great ecstasy?
