The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.222, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 222 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

`হরযে নমঃ কৃষ্ণ যাদবায নমঃ গোপাল গোবিন্দ রাম শ্রী-মধুসূদন’ ॥ ২২২ ॥
`हरये नमः कृष्ण यादवाय नमः गोपाल गोविन्द राम श्री-मधुसूदन’ ॥ २२२ ॥
`haraye namaḥ kṛṣṇa yādavāya namaḥ gopāla govinda rāma śrī-madhusūdana’ || 222 ||
`haraye namah krsna yadavaya namah gopala govinda rama sri-madhusudana’ (222)
English translation:
(222) They sang, “Haraye namaḥ kṛṣṇa yādavāya namaḥ, gopāla govinda rāma śrī-madhusūdana.”
