The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.213, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 213 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

কোটি কোটি মহা-তাপ জ্বলিতে লাগিল চন্দ্রের কিরণ সর্ব শরীরে হৈল ॥ ২১৩ ॥

कोटि कोटि महा-ताप ज्वलिते लागिल चन्द्रेर किरण सर्व शरीरे हैल ॥ २१३ ॥

koṭi koṭi mahā-tāpa jvalite lāgila candrera kiraṇa sarva śarīre haila || 213 ||

koti koti maha-tapa jvalite lagila candrera kirana sarva sarire haila (213)

English translation:

(213) Light from the millions of burning torches reflected like the moon rays on the bodies of everyone.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

The word mahā-tāpa refers to large torches.
