The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.87, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 87 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.87:

দন্তে তৃণ করি’ প্রভু পরিহার করে “অহর্-নিশ ভাই সব, ভজহ কৃষ্ণেরে” ॥ ৮৭ ॥

दन्ते तृण करि’ प्रभु परिहार करे “अहर्-निश भाइ सब, भजह कृष्णेरे” ॥ ८७ ॥

dante tṛṇa kari’ prabhu parihāra kare “ahar-niśa bhāi saba, bhajaha kṛṣṇere” || 87 ||

dante trna kari’ prabhu parihara kare “ahar-nisa bhai saba, bhajaha krsnere” (87)

English translation:

(87) With straw between His teeth, the Lord appealed to them, “O brothers, worship Kṛṣṇa day and night.”

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

Manifesting His humility before proud people, Śrī Gaurasundara humbly requested everyone to always engage in the service of Kṛṣṇa and never give up the worship of Kṛṣṇa.
