The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.85, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 85 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.85:

এই মত নগরে নগরে সঙ্কীর্তন করাইতে লাগিলেন শচীর নন্দন ॥ ৮৫ ॥

एइ मत नगरे नगरे सङ्कीर्तन कराइते लागिलेन शचीर नन्दन ॥ ८५ ॥

ei mata nagare nagare saṅkīrtana karāite lāgilena śacīra nandana || 85 ||

ei mata nagare nagare sankirtana karaite lagilena sacira nandana (85)

English translation:

(85) In this way the son of Śacī inaugurated the congregational chanting of the holy names from village to village.
