The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.70, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 70 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

ভাগ্যবন্ত নগরিযা সর্ব-অবতারে পণ্ডিতের গণ সবে নিন্দা করি’ মরে ॥ ৭০ ॥

भाग्यवन्त नगरिया सर्व-अवतारे पण्डितेर गण सबे निन्दा करि’ मरे ॥ ७० ॥

bhāgyavanta nagariyā sarva-avatāre paṇḍitera gaṇa sabe nindā kari’ mare || 70 ||

bhagyavanta nagariya sarva-avatare panditera gana sabe ninda kari’ mare (70)

English translation:

(70) The inhabitants of Navadvīpa were most fortunate for they accompanied the Lord in each of His incarnations, but the scholars suffered as a result of their blasphemy.
