The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.62, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 62 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.62:

“পাপিষ্ঠ নিন্দক বুদ্ধি-নাশের লাগিযাহেন মহোত্সব দেখিবারে নারে গিযা ॥ ৬২ ॥

“पापिष्ठ निन्दक बुद्धि-नाशेर लागियाहेन महोत्सव देखिबारे नारे गिया ॥ ६२ ॥

“pāpiṣṭha nindaka buddhi-nāśera lāgiyāhena mahotsava dekhibāre nāre giyā || 62 ||

“papistha nindaka buddhi-nasera lagiyahena mahotsava dekhibare nare giya (62)

English translation:

(62) “Because of the foolish sinful blasphemers, we are unable to see such a festival.
