The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.59, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 59 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.59:

সেই দ্বিজ-চরণে আমার নমস্কার চৈতন্যের দণ্ডে হৈল হেন বুদ্ধি যাঙ্র ॥ ৫৯ ॥

सेइ द्विज-चरणे आमार नमस्कार चैतन्येर दण्डे हैल हेन बुद्धि याङ्र ॥ ५९ ॥

sei dvija-caraṇe āmāra namaskāra caitanyera daṇḍe haila hena buddhi yāṅra || 59 ||

sei dvija-carane amara namaskara caitanyera dande haila hena buddhi yanra (59)

English translation:

(59) I offer my obeisances at the feet of that brāhmaṇa, whose intelligence was purified by Lord Caitanya’s chastisement.

Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:

This verse describes Śrī Vṛndāvana dāsa Ṭhākura’s desire to accept and respect as a devotee the brāhmaṇa who was punished for his offense.
