The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.23.14, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 14 of Madhya-khanda chapter 23—“Wandering about Navadvipa On the Day the Lord Delivered the Kazi”.

Bengali text, Devanagari and Unicode transliteration of verse 2.23.14:

দেখিতে না পায লোক, করে অনুতাপ সবেই `অভাগ্য’ বলি’ ছাডযে নিঃশ্বাস ॥ ১৪ ॥

देखिते ना पाय लोक, करे अनुताप सबेइ `अभाग्य’ बलि’ छाडये निःश्वास ॥ १४ ॥

dekhite nā pāya loka, kare anutāpa sabei `abhāgya’ bali’ chāḍaye niḥśvāsa || 14 ||

dekhite na paya loka, kare anutapa sabei `abhagya’ bali’ chadaye nihsvasa (14)

English translation:

(14) Ordinary people lamented because they could not see the kīrtana. They sighed deeply and considered themselves unfortunate.
