The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.22.144, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 144 of Madhya-khanda chapter 22—“Delivering Shacidevi from Offense and Descriptions of Nityananda’s Qualities”.

নিত্যানন্দ-হেন প্রভু হারায যাহার কোথাও জীবনে সুখ নাহিক তাহার ॥ ১৪৪ ॥
नित्यानन्द-हेन प्रभु हाराय याहार कोथाओ जीवने सुख नाहिक ताहार ॥ १४४ ॥
nityānanda-hena prabhu hārāya yāhāra kothāo jīvane sukha nāhika tāhāra || 144 ||
nityananda-hena prabhu haraya yahara kothao jivane sukha nahika tahara (144)
English translation:
(144) One who abandons the shelter of Nityānanda Prabhu will never achieve happiness in life.
Commentary: Gauḍīya-bhāṣya by Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura:
Śrī Nityānanda Prabhu is the presiding Lord of Gauḍa-deśa. Without His mercy, no one can attain the shelter of Śrī Caitanya’s lotus feet. If a living entity is bereft of Śrī Nityānanda’s mercy, he can never achieve happiness in life.
